Hey Crew! We know the sun isn’t shining as much these days, but UV rays can still reach us through clouds. Protecting yourself is essential, rain or shine. Here are a few tips to stay safe:

Cover Up: Wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, and a wide-brimmed hat.
Shield Your Eyes: Sunglasses are a must to protect your eyes from harmful UV rays.
Slather on Sunscreen: Use broad-spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen and reapply every 2 hours.
Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Seek Shade: Take breaks in shaded areas whenever possible.
